Flexible working
Ways of working have changed due to the recent pandemic, with businesses allowing more flexible working hours, and ways of working. It’s shown that a lot of people can work alone at home, but its also brought to light how a work community is important and how it has been greatly missed by some. With this in mind, a lot of workspaces are changing. Breakout areas are now the focal point of an office, letting staff work in a more relaxed environment. Creating a space for catch up’s, coffee breaks and informal meetings.
