Okapi – Office Refurbishment Leicestershire

Okapi came into the office to enquire about their office refurbishment work in Autumn 2022. After looking at our products in our small showroom, owners Sharon and Kevin showed an interest in our Dams range with a white desktop and black frame. This combination is increasingly popular.

Customer Requirements & Our Solution

The customer, Okopi, needed desking to sit 6 employees in the larger of the two rooms, it was suggested that a bench desk would work well. Bench desking is a great way to sit staff together without having numerous individual table legs. Each desk space consists of an under desk pedestal, a 1600mm desk space and a new operator chair. The operator chair was selected after Leicester Office Furnishers loaned out a sample chair. This is a service we offer when there are numerous employees at one office that will be using the same chair. Its important to us that all employees are sitting comfortably at their new desks. New computers were being bought for every desk space; so we also discussed and quoted for power modules to be added to each desk. Cable management was also added to the order to keep all cables tidy under the desks.

Office Storage

New storage was also needed in the office space, small lockers were selected from our catalogue, which will suit staff hot desking and leaving valuables at work.

The same storage solution was added to the executive office for continuity. The executive office was being used by a director and so a larger table was needed for this room. The desks selected had the option of a return to create a corner desk. The desk was then lengthened with a desk height pedestal, this is a great way to add storage to your desk space and increase the desktop area.

The customer have added some great graphics around the room and plan to add foliage to areas.
